Local participative kitchen

The kitchen operates based on an informal group gathering a money pool to do the shopping and cook together. We try to offer a menu (starter-main dish) mostly based on organic-local-seasonal food at an average shared cost of 5 euros.pers.

With citizen and educational based cooperation, this initiative intends to show how we can support the redevelopment of an organic-local-seasonal agriculture and  refocus our lifestyle towards sustainable good health & food practices. Members and guests of the non-profit organisation can participate to the cooking workshop and clean the dishes altogether at the end of the diner. Every day a traveller can join the cooking group and eat for free following an inclusive and participative “spirit of travellers”.
